展览会报名方法及注意事项

1、请按要求填写好“参展合同”并加盖单位公章，于 2006 年 8 月 4 日 前发传真 或邮件至组委会 ；

2、请于报名之日起 十日 内将全部费用汇至组委会指定账号，组委会以款到为报名正式生效；

3、展位分配以报名及汇款先后为准，组委会保留最终调配权；

4、未经组委会同意，参展单位不得私自出租、转让或合并摊位，否则组委会将取消其参展资格，并扣除其所交全部费用；

5、参展资格一经注册不可撤消，所交费用不予退还；

6、参展单位简介免费刊登于会刊（文本形式，限 400 字，中英文对照），请于 2006 年 8 月 10 日 前发电子邮件至组委会，否则视自动放弃会刊刊登；

7、展览会期间，为保证展览会顺利进行，参展单位要积极配合组委会做好展览会的组织与现场安全工作，并对组委会的工作予以配合和理解。

1、Please fax or email the filled contract with signature to the organizer before August 4 th 2006 ;

2、Please remit the full payment to the organizer's account within 10 days after submitting this contract; the application will be valid upon the receipt of the payment;

3、The booth allocation is due to the order of the payment, and the organizer has the final jurisdiction;

4、Without the organizer's permission, the exhibitors should not rent, transfer, or incorporate the booth, otherwise, the organizer will cancel their qualification and won't return the payment;

5、The application is non-cancelable by the applicant, and any payment won't be returned if received;

6、 Please email the company profile (in .txt format, within 400 words, in English and Chinese version), which will be published on the official catalogue for free, to the organizer before August 10 th , 2006 . Otherwise, it's deemed as this right is abandoned by the exhibitor;

7、All the exhibitors who submit this contract should abide with the safety and fire control regulations.
